- 3.1 Rule 11(2) - Maintenance of Notary Register:
- It is mandatory for the notary to enter the true and complete details
of all the work done by him in the notary register. This provides
legal protection to the parties, and can be used as evidence in
court.
- 3.2 Rule 15(2)(e) - 11 Required Columns of Register :
- It is necessary to fill each column correctly. Incomplete or
incorrect entry can affect the reputation of the notary, and it can lead to disciplinary action.
